Chair Yoga is particularly good for those with restrictions in movement, therefore the classes have you supported in a chair.  The class is geared more towards fundamentals of exercise and movement with no focus on religious/spiritual teachings, no Om, Mantra or Chants - very mainstream for everyone's comfort.

Chair Yoga is particularly good for those with issues around some of the following: vertigo or balance, weight or weight-bearing, knees/ankles/hips etc.

Or you just might like a class that benefits you by way of safe, supported movements helping with flexibility, strength with the added bonus of community engagement and socialising.
