Chair Yoga is a safe and fun class that is particularly good for those with restrictions in movement, experiencing difficulty with movement or have vertigo etc.
The classes have you supported in a chair so you can continue to perform the exercises daily in a chair or on a bed. The class is geared more towards fundamentals of exercise and movement with no focus on religious/spiritual teachings, no Om, Mantra or Chants - very mainstream for everyone's comfort.
Chair Yoga is particularly good for those with issues around some of the following: vertigo or balance, weight or weight-bearing, knees/ankles/hips etc.
